The 23-year-old Smile singer was seen canoodling with 45-year-old art dealer Jay Joplin on a beach and a private yacht in St Barts, in the Caribbean.
Lily has known the grey-haired father-of-two for over a year after meeting him a showbiz bash. He separated from his artist wife Sam Taylor-Wood, 42, in September after 11 years of marriage.
But he's obviously not resting on his laurels and he looked like he was enjoying every minute with his new girlfriend as they kissed and cuddled on the sand.
Later they took a romantic stroll along the beach which left onlookers in no doubt that they were an item and they were later snapped getting cosy on a boat moored off the coast.
A fellow holidaymaker said: "They couldn't keep their hands off one another and Lily was constantly going up to him for a kiss. At one point they were lying down and she had her legs wrapped over him."
Speculation grew that Allen and Joplin had fallen for each other after they were seen looking close at a Christmas party at his London gallery.
Joplin and his ex-wife shocked highbrow art circles in London at the end of last year by announcing their split.
The dealer and Taylor-Wood were regulars on the party scene with Joplin himself famed for helping to mould the careers of artists including Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin.
Taylor-Wood, meanwhile, is a successful artist in her own right and was once nominated for the Turner Prize.
Lily has always gone for the more mature gentleman. The singer's most recent ex, DJ Ed Simons, was 38, and before that she dated music producer Seb Chew who was in his early 30s She split from Chemical Brother Ed in January 2008 after a five-month relationship.
They broke up not long after Lily suffered a miscarriage.
She was with Chew for two and a half years. In a recent interview, Allen confessed: 'I think I like much older men."
Lily also hinted that she's grown out of getting drunk and going out partying, preferring to go for dinner and enjoy intelligent conversation.
She said: "If I meet someone who is not part of the showbiz industry, I think, 'Should I sleep with this person? Are they going to be straight on the phone (to the press)?' "I guess that's why famous people go out with famous people, but there aren't really any that I fancy.' "My mates are in a totally different place. They are still all into going out and dancing and taking drugs. I hang out with much older people, I go for dinners at posh places and talk about art.
"I'm meeting more interesting people who tax my brain."
